In 2023, she expanded her research experience by contracting for the National Institutes of Health Metabolic Clinical Research Center. There, she contributed to several research studies by performing anthropometric analyses, collecting diet quality data, creating samples for pediatric allergy studies, and overseeing diets for controlled feeding trials.
