September 13–14, 2018
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Bethesda, Maryland
|
|
Overview
The goal of this workshop is to enhance the progression of research on natural products* from foundational data—such as data from preclinical and epidemiological research—to studies that provide actionable public health information. This workshop will bring together experts from many disciplines for structured discussions of good practices to ensure rigor in obtaining, reporting, interpreting, and assessing foundational data for natural product clinical trials (NPCTs), as well as for NPCT decision-making and design. Adoption of these good practices should enhance returns on investments in NPCTs.
