For those attending the 2012 Institute of Food Technology (IFT) Annual Meeting & Food Expo in Las Vegas, NV, June 25 to 28, there will be an educational session titled Research Tools to Meet Product Development Needs for Phenolics and Other Bioactive Compounds. The session will be held Thursday, June 28 from 1:15-2:45 p.m. (Pacific time) in room N109 in the Las Vegas Convention Center.
