Share Your Ideas To Help Shape the Next 10 Years
of NIH Nutrition Research
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Nutrition Research Task Force (NRTF) invites public input as the task force develops the first-ever NIH-wide strategic plan for nutrition research. The plan will emphasize cross-cutting, innovative opportunities to advance nutrition research for the next 10 years across a wide range of topics, from basic science to population research. These opportunities will complement and enhance ongoing research efforts across NIH to improve health, and to prevent or treat diseases and conditions affected by nutrition.
You are encouraged to provide innovative ideas and to consider ideas that might not be possible without the resources of more than one NIH Institute or Center, or without the assistance of another agency such as the National Science Foundation or U.S. Department of Agriculture or a private company.
The NIH NRTF looks forward to receiving your thoughts/suggestions and encourages you to come back to the site often over the next few weeks---- before it closes on April 16---- to comment or add to ideas suggested by others. Please share this request for input with your nutrition research or health care professional colleagues or trainees in your departments.
Submission instructions:
